Stay in contact! You may not like to answer the phone or read emails, but your counselor is most likely contacting you to convey information about important deadlines, financial aid, or important dates, so stay in contact equals staying up-to-date!
What is your most memorable undergraduate experience?
I had so much fun winning three big team tournaments and one national singles title (on TV) during my last year on the women’s bowling team at Newman University in 2012!
What is your ideal vacation destination?
I would LOVE to go to Scotland some day. My husband and I are big Outlander fans!
Interest/Hobbies
Bowling, Bingo, Volunteering, and sadly, ORGANIZING AND CLEANING!
What is your favorite song?
I feel like this one changes daily, but “Stick Season” by Noah Kahan is definitely worth a listen if you aren’t familiar with this song. My 5 year-old daughter knows ALL the words!
If you could have super powers what would they be and why?
I would make myself always be on time! Why? I’m NEVER on time.
What are five things you cannot live without?
My family, Jessie (my dog), my interchangeable thumb (it’s a bowling thing), my awesome Kia Carnival (his name is “Creed Bratton” and it’s pronounced “Car-ni- VAHL”), and my Catholic faith!
