Please note: These application instructions pertain to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the LPN to BSN degrees.

Applications for the FALL class will be accepted January 1st through March 1st. Applications will be accepted after March 1st as space allows.

Applications for the SPRING class will be accepted July 1st through September 1st. Applications will be accepted after September 1st as space allows.

Select the Specialized Program application in the undergraduate section.

Program Requirements

• Nursing prerequisite and university general education courses must be successfully completed with a “C” or higher. (All nursing prerequisites must be successfully completed prior to entering the program except for 6 credits of university general education requirements)
• The following prerequisites must have been taken within the last five years: pathophysiology, anatomy, and physiology.
• An overall prerequisite GPA of at least 2.85 on a 4.0 grade point scale is required for admission consideration. Only required prerequisite courses are considered in calculating the GPA for admission.
• Two professional references.
• *TOEFL or IELTS: minimum scores listed below in one or the other.
  iBT (internet based TOEFL): writing 20, speaking 20, reading 19, listening 20
  IELTS: writing 5.5, speaking 6.5, reading 6.5, listening 6.5
• Interview with the Admissions and Progressions Committee.
