Earn a Theology Degree
Strengthen your faith through prestigious religious studies
As an inherently interdisciplinary field, theology is an ideal liberal arts major. Challenging coursework provides the student an opportunity to think deeply about the meaning and purpose of life while exploring the mystery of God at work in the world. By examining the great themes of revelation, salvation, creation, covenant, freedom, and grace the student of theology begins the process of integrating the various branches of knowledge into a coherent worldview, one that recognizes the giftedness of human life, the family structure of all humanity, and the responsibility of caring for and cultivating the gift of creation.
Students are required to read, discuss, and write about serious matters while sharpening their critical thinking skills in the process. Employers are looking for people who are engaged thinkers, exposed to diverse ideas and world views, with the ability to speak and write effectively. This is what a theology degree offers.
